I love almond butter – it’s creamy, delicious and so much better for you than peanut butter! Use it in smoothies, spread it on rye bread or just eat it on its own as a snack. Here, I used my Nutribullet to make this recipe but you can also use a food processor too. Enjoy!
Ingredients: - 2 cups of almonds - sprinkle of salt Method: Roast the almonds in the oven (180C) for about 10 minutes, then remove them and leave them to cool for a few minutes. Blend the nuts in the food processor for about 15 minutes until smooth. Make sure you scrape the nuts off the side of the food processor once or twice to make sure none are missed. Store in an air-tight container
