Who doesn’t like pancakes?! This one is so simple and delicious… You only need 4 ingredients that you might already have in your cupboard! Great for breakfast or as a snack. (Milou tip: I also like to sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on top too!). Enjoy! x
Serves 1: Ingredients: 1 egg 1/4 cup of oats 1 banana 1 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil Method: If you have a blender or food processor,first add the oats, whizz for few seconds and than add the egg and banana. It should look like a pancake mixture. If you don't have a processor, mash it all together in a bowl. Add a tablespoon of olive oil in a hot pan (use coconut oil to make it more sweet!). Pour the mixture in the pan and fry for about 3/4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
