This recipe is a great alternative to sugary supermarket muesli or granola. I like making lots and then keeping it in an airtight pot so I can have it all week long! Feel free to swap the walnuts around with any other nuts you love 🙂 x
Serves 2 Ingredients: 100g pecans 50g walnuts or mixed nuts 50g desiccated coconut 100g rolled oats 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon To serve with: handful blueberries organic natural yoghurt Method: Preheat the oven to 180C. In a large bowl, mix together the nuts, coconut, rolled oats and cinnamon. Spread on to a baking sheet and toast in the preheated oven for roughly 10 minutes, or until golden. Turn it halfway trough cooking. Leave to cool, then serve with yoghurt and blueberries.
