Ok, so these macaroons are incredibly simple to make and only have 4 ingredients! Personally, I love eating them as dessert with organic yoghurt (or just on their own, to be honest…). Yummy yummy in your tummy !! 😉
For 20 pieces Ingredients: 200g bananas (about 2,5) 1 lemon zest 3 large eggs 200g desiccated coconut Method: Preheat the oven on 200C. Place the coconut in a bowl, add the lemon zest. Mash the bananas with the egg or place in a food processor until smooth and add to the bowl with coconut and lemon zest. Place baking paper on an oven tray and make macaroons with 2 spoons and place on the tray. Bake the macaroons for about 12-15 minutes until golden.
