Feeling like a salty snack? These kale crisps are so easy to make and you can add any toppings you like. I love them spicy, but you can also make them simple with just pepper and salt.
Ingredients: 200 gr kale salt and pepper 1 tbsp curry powder (add more if you like it spicy) 2 tbsp olive oil Method: Preheat the oven to 200C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. With a knife or scissors, carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner or kitchen towel. Drizzle the kale with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt, pepper and curry powder. Bake for around 10 minutes until the edges are start turning brown. Keep an eye on them as they can burn very quickly!
