Sweet potato fries are my favourite guilt-free weekend food…especially when you’re craving something bad like fries – this is the perfect alternative! They’re so simple to make and tastes great on their own or with some fish and broccoli as a main meal. I made these with paprika powder (hot!), but they are lovely without too. Enjoy! x
Serves 2 (hungry) people. Ingredients: 2 large sweet potatoes olive oil sea salt optional: 1 tbsp. paprika powder Method: Preheat the oven to 180C. Wash the sweet potatoes and cut them into small even little fries or, if you prefer, big wedges. Place the fries onto a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil, before adding a good pinch of salt and paprika powder. Mix it all together really well, I like to use my hands! Bake for about 20 minutes (an hour when wedges), turning them over a few times. Keep an eye on them as some ovens are a lot stronger and they can burn quickly when small! Yummy!
