Chia seeds are so good for you. This superfood is full of calcium, iron, antioxidants, potassium and fibre. I love adding it to my porridge, smoothies or muesli in the morning. This pudding is great for breakfast so you can leave it overnight to make it taste amazing! Or you can even have it as a snack or desert. Enjoy! x
Serves 1 Ingredients: 3 tbsp. chia seeds 1 tbsp. raw honey, maple or date syrup (I used dates) 1 tbsp. of cinnamon 1/2 cup of blueberries 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk Method: Mix all the ingredients and leave it to set for a few hours or preferably overnight. That's it!!
