Makes 8-10 balls Ingredients: - tsp. cinnamon - 1 cup of almonds - 1 cup of raisins - 1 tbsp. of almond butter Method: Blend the almonds in a food processor, until it starts to look like a flour consistency after about 30 seconds. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again. When it's evenly mixed, shape the mixture into little balls by firmly pressing and rolling it between your palms. You can keep them in an airtight box in the fridge for up to a week, or you can even store them in the freezer for longer!
