This recipe is so simple and delicious ! You only need a few ingredients and you can add any toppings you like. I love it with blueberries or coconut flakes. It is a perfect desert or snack. I made 2 portions with this recipe but it is really filling so it can be made for 4 people too – depends how hungry you are 😉 Enjoy !
Serves 2-4 Ingredients: - 2 ripe avocados - 2 ripe medium bananas - 6-8 teaspoons unsweetened cacao powder (I like to use raw, organic) - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon cinnamon Method: Combine the avocado and banana in a food-processor and blend until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the processor if necessary. Add the cacao powder, vanilla and cinnamon. Blend again until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve and add any topping you like. Store in a sealed container and eat within 2-3 days.
