Easy on the go breakfast! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. To avoid cravings before lunch and making the wrong choices when you are hungry, it is so important to have a nutritious breakfast. This yogurt is perfect as it doesn’t take long and easy to take to work or eat it on your way. Also raspberries are a lot higher in antioxidants than any other fruits. Prep the night before and you only have to add the rest of the ingredients in the morning!!
Ingredients: - 45g oats - 1 tbsp. chia seeds - 180ml almond milk - 80ml yogurt Toppings: - handful of raspberries (crushed with a fork, leave a few extra whole ones for on top) - 2 tbsp. yogurt - 1 tbsp. pistachio - honey (optional) Method: Mix the oats, chia seeds and almond milk in a bowl. Leave it covered in the fridge overnight. The next morning, add the 80ml yogurt and mix well. Put the crushed raspberries (leave a teaspoon out) in a glass or breakfast bowl and top it with the yogurt mix. Now mix the teaspoon of raspberries with 2 tablespoon yogurt so it gets a nice pink colour. Spoon this on top of the rest. To finish, top with a few whole raspberries, pistachios and honey.
